An 18-year-old faces charges after authorities say he sprayed a group of children and their home with water from a hose, according to court records.
According to the Faribault Police Department in Minnesota, 18-year-old Zachariah Joseph Manahan was charged with stalking because of bias, damage to property and disorderly conduct.
According to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune, police chief Andy Bohlen said Manahan’s “offensive and boisterous conduct” is “disturbing, and his picking on people certainly justified the charges.”
Manahan was taken into custody at Rice County Jail. The young man reportedly had a court date on Wednesday.
Manahan’s attorney Stephen Ecker did not return an interview request from Yahoo Lifestyle and Manahan’s family members declined to comment when reached by Yahoo Lifestyle.
