A man who attended Black Lives Matter demonstrations and railed against President Donald Trump and the police in expletive-laden posts, was named by a major Oregon newspaper as the man under investigation in the shooting death of Aaron Danielson, the man who was shot and killed in Portland after a pro-Trump caravan broke down.
Reinoehl’s 7 p.m. death (Pacific time) broke just hours after Vice aired an interview in which Reinoehl claimed he shot Danielson in self defense.
President Donald Trump tweeted about the Aaron Danielson case as the shoot-out unfolded.
Local officials confirmed that Reinoehl was killed at around 7pm on Thursday in the 7600 block of 3rd Way Southeast in Tanglewilde, a small community outside of Lacey about 55 miles southwest of Seattle.
Michael Reinoehl (above) was the prime suspect in the killing of Aaron 'Jay' Danielson, a member of Patriot Prayer who was shot to death at a protest.
